This pepper ripens from a light green to a light cream with lots of orange and red stripes.  The foliage on this plant is green and the bushy plants get about three foot tall. This pepper is particularly good for cooking, fresh eating and drying. A very tasty pepper with lots of sweetness and hints of citrus and other tropical fruits.
