 One of my favorite cooking peppers. This Shishito pepper is a good producer of very tasty pepper that are commonly fried or blistered, This is a great seasoning, drying, or cooking pepper with lots of heat. This pepper is smooth and is a bright red with a little bit of curve. The pods are about 4-6 inches long. This pepper ripens from a light green to a bright red color. The foliage on this plant is green. Plants can get three to five feet tall and can produce lots of peppers. This plant may need support. A very tasty pepper. This pepper has a mild spiciness level of about 1,000 Scoville units.

There are 20+ pepper seeds per pack. 

The seeds are open pollinated and non-isolated.
