Standing tall at three feet or more, this bush-like plant boasts lush green foliage, complemented by green stems and delicate white flowers. When ripe the peppers can get squishy, and they tend to separate from the stem very easily. These are incredibly good when fermented and used for hot sauce. They are also fantastic when dried.
