The pepper seed varieties in this deal can vary from being completely mild to super-hot. There are seven or more varieties that have 20+ seeds each, in this deal. The MILD combo deal has pepper varieties that vary from about 1,000 -15,000 Scoville heat units. Examples of these peppers may include Jalapeno, Peter Pepper, Berry Amarillo, Big Inca orange drop, and many others.

The HOT combo deal has pepper varieties that vary from about 20,000 -700,000 Scoville heat units. Examples of these peppers may include Chocolate Habanero, Peri Peri, Cayenne peppers, and many others.
