Aji Fantasy Orange (Capsicum Baccatum)

The Aji Fantasy Orange pepper is an extremely productive and tasty pepper that originates from Finland. The pods usually have a bell-like shape to them and are about one to two inches long. some of the peppers may have several little points on them. This pepper ripens from a pale green to a light creamy orange then to a very bright orange. This pepper is a slow ripening pepper, which will also need support. The foliage on this plant is green, and the bushy plants get about four foot tall. This pepper is particularly good for cooking, fresh eating and drying. A very tasty pepper with lots of sweetness and hints of citrus and other tropical fruits. This pepper has a hot spiciness level of about 10,000 thousand Scoville units.
