Amethyst Fire - (Capsicum Chinense)

A very dark and beautiful pepper plant and one of my favorites of the 2024 pepper season. The Amethyst Fire pepper originates from my garden. The Amethyst Fire pepper ripens from a purplish green to a peach color with lots of purple and black highlights. The pods are about two to three inches long and finger shaped. The foliage on this plant is dark green with lots of purple highlights, stems, and white flowers. A very productive pepper, with up to one hundred peppers per plant. A tasty pepper with a hint of blueberry, sweetness, and some floral taste. This pepper has a hot spiciness level of about 100,000 Scoville units. This pepper is an unknown cross of a Black Peach Biquinho and an unknown pepper. It is currently at the F4 stage. This pepper is still very unstable, and your result may differ. This year several different pheno types popped up. The Amethyst Fire Pepper, is a creation/discovery by Mike's Pepper Seeds.

Amethyst Fire- The standard version that has looked the same snice 2021 and is peach with purple blushing. The peppers have a slight bulge in the middle with a tapered tip.

 Amethyst Fire fat - A fatter slightly larger version with similar coloration.

 Amethyst Fire long - A longer skinnier version with darker purple blushing.

 Amethyst Fire Mix - This is a mix of all the different Amethyst Fire phenotypes I have grown this season.

 There are 20+ pepper seeds per pack. The seeds are open pollinated and non-isolated.
