Chocolate Bananapeno Pepper Seeds - 20+ Hot Pepper Seeds

Chocolate Bananapeno - (Capsicum Annuum)

A great producer of large jalapeno like peppers. This is a great seasoning, drying, or cooking pepper with a little bit of heat. The Chocolate Bananapeno is a natural cross of a large jalapeno and a sweet banana pepper. Kevin Bane created this variety. This pepper is smooth and is a deep chocolate color. The pods are about 3-5 inches long and look like fat fingers. This pepper ripens from a dark green to a rich chocolate color. The foliage on this plant is green. Plants can get two to three feet tall and can produce a fair amount of peppers. This plant may need support. A very tasty pepper with hints of earthiness, sweetness, and smokiness. This pepper has a hot spiciness level of about 5,000 Scoville units. This pepper is still unstable and your results may vary.

There are 20+ pepper seeds per pack. The seeds are open pollinated and non-isolated.
