A very tasty, long sweet pepper. This pepper is also called a Turkish sword pepper. The curly pods are red and get up to twelve inches long. This pepper ripens from a light green to bright yellow then to orange and finally ripens to a bright red. The three-foot-tall plant produces a high quantity of peppers and will need support. A very tasty and crunchy pepper with a sweet red pepper taste with hints of fruitiness. A great pepper for frying, pickling, or eating raw. This sweet pepper is mild with little to no heat.
