 This is a random assortment of mixed fresh hot peppers. There are about 40+ hot peppers, approximately 10 ounces or more per box, and up to 20 different pepper varieties. They will ship on Monday to Wednesday to ensure freshness. The size of the peppers may vary a lot. Some pepper varieties may be the size of a small marble while others might be 3-5 inches long. The peppers are picked fresh to order.

  The peppers in the hot mix can vary from about 5,000 to 1.5 million Scoville Heat Units or higher. This is a wonderful way for someone to try several different varieties and spice levels of hot peppers.

Medium-Heat Mix- The peppers in this mix can vary from about 5,000 to about 400,000 Scoville Heat Units or higher. This is a wonderful way for someone to try several different varieties and lower spice levels of medium heat hot peppers. This mix will include a lot of baccatum varieties along with several cayenne or similar heat varieties. This mix will not include super-hot peppers such as ghost peppers or hotter.

 This year I'm mostly growing red, chocolate and Mustard ripening varieties. So, some boxes may have mostly red ripening peppers. Some of the pepper varieties that may be included in these mixes are:

• 7 Pot peppers- Evergreen, Yellow, Mustard - Red Moruga, Red Reaper, 
• Habanero peppers- Red, Mustard, Chocolate

• Big Inca Drop, Golden Enchantress, Pucker
• And many more.

This assortment may vary depending on what peppers are ripe at time of purchase. All peppers are open pollinated.
